Tapioca Starch Production Process
1. Harvesting & Raw Material Inspection
-
Cassava roots are sourced directly from key raw material regions such as Tay Ninh, Gia Lai, and Kon Tum.
-
The roots undergo rigorous inspection to ensure freshness and freedom from damage or disease.
2. Washing & Grinding
-
The cassava is washed through multiple cycles to remove soil and sand.
-
It is then processed through a grinding system to separate the starch from fibers and impurities.
3. Filtration & Sedimentation
-
The post-grinding slurry is filtered through multiple layers to remove fine impurities.
-
The starch is then recovered via natural sedimentation or centrifugation.
4. Drying & Packaging
-
The starch is dried using modern technology (spray drying or fluidized bed drying) to preserve its bright white color and high fineness.
-
Packaging: Packed in PP bags with an inner PE liner, or customized according to client OEM requirements.
